About CasaROH

Our Townhouse was built around 1858 when Fort Greene was populated by workers at the nearby Navy Yard Ship Building hub. In the 1920s, the entire house was converted into single residence occupancies and probably housed working men. Then, in the 40s or 50s, it was converted again into 4 separate apartments. We bought the place in 2006 and rented it out to various tenants (many who stayed friends!) and in 2016, we started the process of restoring the townhouse to a single family residence.
